Who we are

This website is run by the seller named on the invoice and on the about page. When these terms say we or us, that is who is meant. You can reach us at the contact address in the footer or through the support form.

What we sell

We sell crochet patterns as PDF files that you download. Nothing physical is shipped. When you buy a pattern you get a personal license to use it, described on the license page; you do not buy the copyright, and the file remains ours.

Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax that applies to you once you enter your country at checkout.
• The price is recalculated on our server when you pay. If a displayed price was wrong, we tell you before charging you and you can cancel.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider on their secure form. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your order is complete when the payment provider confirms the payment. Downloads become available at that moment.

Downloads and your library

Patterns are delivered as download links on the thank-you page and by email, and to the library of the account matching your email. Download links expire; the library does not. We keep patterns available in your library for as long as the shop operates and give at least 90 days notice on this page if that ever changes, so you can download your files.

Each PDF is personalized with your name and order number. Sharing the file is a breach of the license and of these terms, and we may close the account of anyone who does it.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal

Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, refunds follow the refunds page. If you live in the EU or UK, the withdrawal page explains your 14-day right and the waiver you accept at checkout to receive the file immediately.

Accounts

You sign in with an email link. Keep your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email can open your library. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time by asking support.

Reviews, tickets and the assistant

Reviews you post may be shown publicly with your display name after we approve them; we remove reviews that are abusive, off topic or promotional. Support tickets and messages to Levix AI, the assistant, are read by us to help you and to improve the answers. Levix AI can be wrong; anything about your order, payment or a refund is only true when it comes from a person or from your order page.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make the patterns correct and fix errors when they are reported. Beyond refunding the price you paid, we are not liable for the cost of yarn, time or other losses from an error in a pattern, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page changes when we do, and changes apply to orders placed after that date.
